Welcome to WealthyBuilder.com. The WealthyBuilder.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Wealthy Builder, LLC (“Company”).

Your use of the Site is subject to Company’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy which you can find the link to at the footer of this page, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Description of services we are selling
We sell information products that typically range from $20 to $1000. We sell community and mastermind which range from $150/mo to $500/mo and consulting services which is part of our $100k partnership accelerator program.
also provide website design services typically for home service contractors. One of our most popular sites is for custom home builders and is a similar version of CorriganHomes.com, ReaganHomes.com, RichardTylerHomes.com or WalshDesignBuildFl.com. You will notice these sites are very similar with the exception of some minor modifications based on geographically where the contractor is located.
Typically our website are $2,500 to $15,000 up front depending on how much customization is needed and then $250/mo. This includes the use of our content. We always quote your website price in advance prior to commencing work.
Typically our website take between 14 and 30 days to build. Our terms are usually 50% deposit and 50% upon launch of the site per the client’s approval. The $250/mo starts when the site goes live.
We do NOT sell physical goods.

Cancellation policy
For your website or any monthly membership services, you can cancel at anytime by simply emailing info@WealthyBuilder.com or calling (860) 326-3270. We will pause and stop all future payments at the time of cancellation and take your website down and/or remove access to our membership portal based on what you want to to cancel. You will no longer be able to use our content upon cancellation.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial Wealthy Builder Fast Track Ready-To-Go Toolkit for $50 and the AI Playbook for Custom Home Builders for $20. At anytime during accessing our content for a full thirty days, you can request a refund by emailing info@WealthyBuilder.com or calling (860) 326-3270. We will r remove access from our membership site upon refund.
We do not offer any refund on any other information product outside of the two outlined above.
We also offer a 100% money-back guarantee on the upfront portion of the website prior to going live. If for any reason you wish to NOT go live with your new website and you want your money back, simply email info@WealthyBuilder.com or call (860) 326-3270 to request a refund. Upon refund you will no longer be able to use our content on your website or in any form.
There are no refunds on the monthly $300/mo website maintenance service fee or the $150/mo Success Network membership but we will pause and stop future payments upon cancellation.
There are no refunds on the $5,000 or 12 payments of $500/mo for the Success Mastermind. This is a year long program and once you enroll in the program you are expected to complete all payments. You do not have to renew each year.
There is no refund on the $50k upfront payment on the 12 month Partnership Accelerator program but if a deal does not get to the framing stage within 12 months, then the additional $50k payment will not be due.
Delivery policy, return policy, legal or export restrictions
Not applicable since we do NOT sell physical goods.
